[cisco-voip] CDR SOAP On Demand Service

Hello,

what is this service used for? I have it activated but it says it is not running and the RTMT is complaining about that. I've tried to start it, it says that it has started successfully but it is still not running.

Does it have any relation with the billing servers? I don't have any of them configured and we're only going to use CAR, is it necessary to use this service?
