Hi Scott,

Actually, CUCM 6.0 has already announced EoL. However, announcing EoL means
that Cisco will still perform SW maintenance for another 18 months. So you
are not in as big of a spot as you think you are.

CUCM 6.0 will still have software maintenance until May 2, 2010 and CUCM 6.1
will go even farther since it hasn't announced EoL yet.

The net-net is that the EoL announcement is not the end of support. But yes,
we are releasing many more versions, much more quickly now and as a result,
EoL announcements will be more frequent also.
