Tell me about it. I think we figured it out that it’s cheaper to buy Unity every two years then buy the upgrade part number.

I hear ya. And by the way, they've already announced EOL for CUCM v6.0, but not 6.1

Thank goodness upgrades are much easier now, but they've trampled that benefit with UCSS.
Separating it out has caused numerous issues for us. Numerous. The fact that you can't buy it mid-stream, you have to buy it when you purchase/upgrade, it's a software part, not a maintenance part, etc. Ugh.

I just upgraded during the summer. Are they going to EoS CM 6.x tomorrow?
How the hay do you try to stay current? I can't upgrade that often. Admin will kill me. Are others moving to CM 7 or waiting for 8 if your currently on 6.x?
