[cisco-voip] Unity 5x Phone View fails

unity cannot get http session to cm and access the xml list. try to  
hit this on your cm server:
https://<cm>/ccmadmin/reports/devicelistx.asp

if not working build from there.  next steps:
verify authentication information
verify certificate exchange. perhaps unity cached an old or different  
version of the certificate that keeps https from establishing properly?
