[cisco-voip] I can´t get information from CAR

What version of Call Manager?

Some things to check, go under Call Manager Service Parameters for
each server and make sure CDR Enabled flag is set to True. This
setting is per server and if it is false, then that server isn't
writing it's CDRs to the database.

Make sure your CAR scheduler/loader are enabled. If Windows, make sure
CDR Insert is started and running fine.

Under CAR Web page, go to System -> Database -> Manual Purge (this
text changed in versions so may vary), then when that screen comes up
click on the big TABLE INFORMATION Button which will show you the
dates of the oldest and latest record in the database tables.


That should be enough to get started...
