[cisco-voip] REcording messages with Unity

Hi,
 
yes, the user is UnityAdmin. I don't know about the COS. Any idea? How could I check that?

Are you using the Media Bar via Web/SA, what COS does the user have you are logged in with? Are you using UnityAdmin?

Hi,

we are recording some messages in a Unity Call Handler greeting and we've seen there's a limitation of 30 seconds. Can this behaviour we overrided?
