If you use Exmerge and export pst on old Unity Voicemail Only 5.0(1),
then ExMerge import pst on new Unity Unified 5.0(1) does it work? It did
for my customer, but not sure I want to ask them to ExMerge all 1600
users...

I just tried a similar process in my lab. Same problem. Messages are
accessible via TUI, but even using OWA the attached wave file is not
accessible. I'm guessing it is something about the way the restored
message is encoded? Looks like a new bug to be filed...
