[cisco-voip] Using CUC from UCMBE for other UCM

Just realized - contact your account team - they can convert your  
UCMBE licenses to CUC.  You should then be able to reallocate the HW  
and SW to fully functional standalone server.

Can Unity connection bundled with UCMBE be reconfigured for an off box  
UCM cluster. The UCMBE is being decommissioned but would like to use  
the CUC for new cluster integration. Documentation indicates that its  
not possible but goes on to say its because of the use SCCP.
