When he says snmpwalk he means OV NNM. Most forget that Openview is a large family of products.

You would have good luck searching the rrdtool/cacti forums for CME. I bet you find a cfg file someone else already did for CME via snmpwalk. They are popular open source snmp monitoring platforms that use SNMP identical to NNM.

If you've done a snmpwalk then you can matchup mibs with Jagur lookup tool. SNMP was my second life....
