[cisco-voip] Noise feedback after upgrade 7911

I'm getting feedback when leaving voicemails from 7911 phones to users in exchange. I did an upgrade from 5.1.2 1000 to 5.1.2 3114. Is this a firmware thing? Will I need to upload a new one to fix the problem?
