[cisco-voip] CDR Repository Manager

Dear all, 

I want to activate the CDR Repository manager service under CUCM v 6.0.1  via CUCM servisability --> Tool --> Service Activation --> CDR service section.
But I do not see such an option in the path specified above.
I'd be grateful if you help me with that.
