[cisco-voip] Unity Server Virtual Memory issue

I'm having an issue with a Unity 4.2 where it's running out of virtual
memory, this is a single server with Exchange on box, we are recieving low
virtual memory alerts and when checked the sqlserver.exe VM Size is
extremely high.

The server has 2GB physical memory and  1.5GB virtual memory and the
Sqlserver.exe is running at 1,701,512k

Is is safe to configure a fixed memory size for the sql server or should
this be left to dynamically configure.

Any suggestions?
