[cisco-voip] IPCC Connect 2 PSTN Calls

Is connecting the 2 calls together even possible in ippc?
Or are we trying to do something that this is not designed for.
The step after the place call would be a menu prompt to say accept the
call? Then if they press 1 the two streams would be joined together
which is the bit we cannot find an answer for.
