[cisco-voip] 7960 ringlist error

Does the XML in the ring list file look ok? Check for proper XML formatting
first if it's a file you've manually edited yourself.
You can look at the phone console logs through the web page of the phone and
it might tell you if there is an XML parse error and what line the error
might be on.
