[cisco-voip] Syntax for Converting a String to an Integer

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the correct syntax for converting a string
variable (strExtension) to an integer (intExtension).  For instance I am
capturing the caller input of the five (5) digit extension 12301 into
strExtension and want want to convert it to an integer in intExtension so I
can use the OR operand in IPCC to compare what the caller inputs against
several extensions.
