[cisco-voip] Mobile Voice Access

I looked up the bug and it appears that I must go to 6.1.4?  Is that what you have done to get MVA working?

Forgive the newbie question... but from what I am reading I should be able to upgrade to 6.1.4 without obtaining upgrade licenses?  I have already downloaded the .iso and will read up on the upgrade procedure.  How much time should I expect the upgrade to take?

I am running the exact same version of CUCM and there is a bug CSCsv08073
