[cisco-voip] CME 4.1 hardware conference fails

Hi all,

I have this urgent problem where I've configured harware ad-hoc conferencing with CME 4.1. The conferencing works sometimes and other times,it gives "cannot complete conference" error. All phones use same codec G711.
