[cisco-voip] Caller ID on E&M trunk and CUCM 6.1

Does anyone know which E&M configuration supports ANI on a E&M trunk
in *ani*dnis* format with CUCM 6.1?  I've looked over several docs on
cisco and previous posts here and it looks like we need E&M Feature
Group D. The gateway is currently setup as H.323 with following
controller T1 setup.

controller T1 0/0/0
 framing esf
 linecode b8zs
 ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-24 type e&m-wink-start dtmf dnis
