[cisco-voip] Does "Caller ID DN" on gateway trump all other settings?

the short answer is yes

The way that CUCM does it is based on the call flow.  So the last thing to
touch the call will be the ultimate say.

So  route pattern - Route list  --  route group  ---  Gateway
