[cisco-voip] TAPS with phone/bat that has multiple lines

So for the list,
Multiple lines on a phone can be TAP'd but shared lines (Shared Line
Appearance) will not. Additional, Overlapping Directory Numbers will not
work regardless of the partitioning.
