[cisco-voip] Installing Unity Express Licenses

I'm planning on upgrading our Unity Express to 7.0 and am a bit confused on the license part of it.  If I'm not changing a license, do I not have to worry about it?  Also, it appears that I can just download and use whatever license I want, including ones with 100 mailboxes (I only have 25).  Is that correct?
