[cisco-voip] Unity Upgrade and Migration Scenario

Either way should work. If you go the COBRAS route, though, be sure
you read the help file thoroughly and note what it does not back up
that you'll need to manually recreate (COS, holidays, etc). There is a
section that compares the pros and cons of each.
