[cisco-voip] Cisco VMWare

For example we know that platforming monitoring and SNMP do not work on
vmware. The installer thus far aborts installing any SNMP support when
vmware is detected. this proposes major challenges for integrations
such as CUOM, CER, or any integration that requires SNMP. These are the
tips of our learnings with vmware so far.

Generally at this point TAC should refuse all support unless problem is
replicated on supported platform.
