[cisco-voip] Changing Extension Mobility Service Name

A request has been made to change the extension mobility service name to
login/logout.  I tried changing the name and updating the subscriptions but
that didn't help.  Also tried restarting services etc. but no luck.  any one
have ideas on how to accomplish this without having to touch every phone and
every user profile?
