[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 greeting message

Mustafa,

   In Unity, the call handlers come default set up with a system
greeting that cannot be recorded over, but you can select recorded
greeting and record your own.  I guess I am unsure what your need is for
the original greeting?  Was it one someone had set up before and you
recorded over it?
