[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 greeting message

If we're talking about the original recording of the Opening Greeting
callhandler, a copy of that wave file is stored at:

\Commserver\Localize\DefaultConfiguration\<Language>\OpeningGreetintgDay.wav

as well as at a similar path on the installation media.
