[cisco-voip] MOH confused?

Is the Sub's MOH server in an MRG? If not, can you add it to one to
remove it from the default group? It shouldn't use it anyway, just want
to make sure.

Right now the MRG, and consequently the MRGL only have the pub in there.
I've got multicast turned off right now for testing.

In the device's MRGL config, is the Sub's MOH server also listed? If so,
you will need to upload the MOH file to the Sub also, or remove the Sub
from the MRGL.

1 pub, 1 sub, the MOH is only loaded on the pub so far, and the
phones/gws are all associated to the pub

Single node cluster or pub + sub(s)?

I'm running into an issue with MOH only working once.

I upload the wav file, ccm takes care of the transcoding, then when I
test it I hear the hold music. If I go to test the music again I get
nothing. The only thing I see so far is under MOH audio file
management, the file goes into "In use" and never becomes "available".

I'm at a complete loss as to what to look for on this one. It obviously
works the first time.
