Hi Guys

Hope you don't mind me broadcasting this out to the community. I have seen various questions from time to time being posted around the Cisco Attendant Console options- especially now that the old/bundled one is EoL...

I believe you may know, that the new versions are OEM'd from Arc Solutions, with a higher end "Arc Enterprise" product also available for more complex requirements...

As such, we (Arc) have launched a new forum for all of the Attendant Console products - include the Cisco Unified Department, Business and Enterprise Attendant Consoles. The forum is for mainly technical purposes, but can of course also be used to answer any other queries you have (either as a CUCM user or partner). There is also an Arc Express section on there too
