[cisco-voip] Unity Mailbox is Inaccessible

I have a mailbox in Unity that won't come up on the screen for revision.  I
can find it when I search the extension and it shows in the list.  But when
I click on it to bring it up, the screen flashes but the default mailbox
stays on the screen.  Assume I have to access the database somehow to delete
it.
