[cisco-voip] microphone volume or g722 codec

We've heard this some.  What versions of CM and phone loads?  I believe 
there were some minor tweaks to desensitize.  However, the sensitivity 
is desired in some ways as that provides the higher fidelity sound.  You 
could always disable g722.
