They'd have to, as regular Unity doesn't have a holiday greeting like
UC, it just plays the closed greeting all day for any days tagged as
holidays.
I think the originally proposed option of two call handlers running
different schedules and leveraging their open and closed greetings is
the easiest and least hassle for the users.
