[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.2.1002-1 - trying to install upgrade

I'd start by looking into the error you are getting.  Do you have Java
installed?

Hi,
on a 6.1.2.1002-1 CUCM i have navigated to the web os admin page and gone to
Software Upgrades -> Software Installation/upgrade.
I choose cd/DVD, enter "/" in Directory press next and :
1. in Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10 nothing happens
2. in IE8 - i get down to the left error on page

When i choose a working SFTP that i have for the backup, i enter all the
appropriate info and when i press next i have the same response.

Any ideas on that?
