[cisco-voip] IP Communicator admintool software upgrade

Dear All,

While trying to install the module "cmterm-IPComm-directorywizard.cop.sgn" on CUCM v 6.0.1 via the software upgrade option I've done the following steps (I used the physical drive of the server) :
- copy the file on a CD
- choose CD/DVD option
- set the directory to "/mnt/cdrom/"
The first step goes ahead successfully, but after that I face this error message "the file or directory could not be located"

Would u pls help me with that?
