[cisco-voip] Owner User ID

I've seen this when extension mobility is enabled on the device.  Disable EM, save, then change user in that case.

Hi All,

I have a problem with the 'Owner User ID' being grayed out on a phone device. The 'End User' has this device associated to themselves but the option field is still grayed out?
