[cisco-voip] upgrading without image etc loss?

Did you not do a full backup before you upgraded like recommended?

I'm guessing out of my nose here but I imagine that your other CCM partition still has the background images and the xml configuration files.

hi,

site recently upgraded a 6.x to a newer 6.x and
the upgrade lost all the background images of
the phones....is there an actual documented way
of upgrading without such loss?  (have to reimport
all the directories/images again :-| )


i could expect such things with 5.x to 6.x but
a minor revision upgrade?
