Check your presence Subscribe Calling Search Space.  Make sure it is the same on the Sip trunk as it is on the devices you wish to monitor.

OK, so we basically have three statuses...

Available, green with a checkbox....

Idle, Yellow with a minus sign...

and DND which is red with a slash....

How do we show that someone is on the phone? It appears to only work
when I make the call using the softphone... (CUPC), but if I set CUPC
to use the deskphone and make the call either thru the desk phone or
thru CUPC, I do not show as on the phone from other users...

Control of the phone from CUPC works fine... no probs at all...
