I have 2 Cisco CRS 5.x Server. Both servers currently have MS SQL 2000 server. I created Holiday database and table to manage Holiday greeting in one of our Call Center script. Anyone know why CRS script editor is always pointing to the secondary CRS server when it is try to read a table from the script.
