This here
http://supportwiki.cisco.com/ViewWiki/index.php/ICM_Installation_and_Configuration_Preparation
suggests that using the Cisco OS image is recommended.
The BoM
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_2/user/guide/icm72bom.pdf
says that a vanilla Windows Server 2003 cd is required.
What in blazes is going on here? Is the wiki just appropriate for building a sprawler lab or is it okay to use the Cisco OS.2003.x.x DVD for UCCE installations?
Going bald,
Paul
