[cisco-voip] Okay to use Cisco OS image for ICM 7.2??? BoM says use vanilla Windows Server 2003. . . .

I checked with TAC lead up there and he says to use vanilla w2k3. I
would follow that for any production deployment. I will inquire to the
wiki author.
