[cisco-voip] My Fast Dials

CUCM 7.0.2.21010-2.   1 PUB and 1 SUB.  Trying to get 'My Fast Dials' to
work with a single button push on a 7931.
 
Currently it works if I go to 'Applications', 'Directories', 'Personal
Directory', 'Perosnal Fast Dials'.  WAAAY too many steps and not fast at
all.
 
If I go to Services, then My Fast Dials, I get a HTTP error 404.  
 
What am I missing here?
