[cisco-voip] Background images on CUCM7

Did you restart the TFTP service after uploading the files?  If so  
try using a cmd line tftp to get each file your phone needs from your  
PC.  Then it's on to sniffer capture and look at tftp traffic.

can’t find the option anywhere on the webpages.
