[cisco-voip] Background images on CUCM7

The easiest way is to get the Cisco Phone Designer from Cisco.com. This
will work on a per user basis and allow each user to have their own
customer background. The other option is to upload a set of images and
allow users to choose between a specific set. Instructions are listed
per phone model. Here is the example for a 7975:

If you are using a different phone model, you will need to use a
different phone admin guide.
