I may be way off, but I doubt ATT does the PSALI DB's.
I'm guessing Intrado might do it for them.  But you are correct.  you need
to get a hold of the MSAG group to get your service setup with whomever is
the PSALI DB provider.

with Qwest / Intrado I'm using NANA 2.1 from what I can remember.
