[cisco-voip] CUPS7 - Presence Interface not available

Hi all,
I have a little problem with my CUPS7 server, clients can not send IM
messages to each other (this was working just the other day... I'm sure
something has changed but I can see what would stop IM).
Under the 'Server Health' in the UPC client, the Presence status is
'Disconnecting/Connecting'. After running the 'Create Problem Report', the
debug log file indicates that "Presence interface not available. The
presence interface is not connected".
Does anyone have any ideas.... All services are started in CUPS and CUCM.
