[cisco-voip] CUCM 6 admin password recovery

Dear All ,
 
I have CUCM 6 . and i forgot the web admin password
I try to do that:
1-Log in to CUCM with system console by using pwrecovery and pwreset as the account name and password, respectively. and i able to reset the OS password.
2- I creat account ( for web admin)
 
set account (name of user)
privileged 1
password.........
 
3- i try to login to the web  by the account , i creat but it fails.
please help me to solve this problem.
