[cisco-voip] CommVault & UCCX 5.0(2)

I'd talk to CommVault support, they can probably do a bare metal restore
in 45 minutes (they would have to support that the restore is
transparent), where-as Cisco is going to say no and it will take way
more than 45 minutes to restore UCCX via BARS.....you can't ask Cisco
TAC support questions that should be going to CommVault support...

You are likely only going to get a not "Cisco TAC" supported answer on
this mailing list!

Save your self a license and use BARS to backup to your file server,
then you get to use the license on your file server.

Less overall cost and supported by Cisco =)

Is anyone using CommVault to backup your UCCX Windows 2003 servers? Any
issues?

Does Cisco approve to installing the CommVault agent on the servers?
