[cisco-voip] DTMF Tone problem?

Lisa,

 

We need call flow details... Is this from an IP Phone to an IVR? GW to
IVR? IVR to GW? What type of GW? Etc...

 

Pleas provide as much detail as possible and we will be glad to assist.

I have had a few problem calls today regarding callers not being able to
choose options from menus when they are calling out.  The tones are not
being recognized.  The problems are intermittent.  Anyone familiar with
this problem?
