Other way around.
the bug when using the hand set would send dual touch tones.  by using the
speaker phone is worked around the issue.

but John is correct.  I think it was right around the 8.3 and 8.4 firmware
and if I remember correctly it was 79x1 and better.  (like all the java
phones)
