[cisco-voip] Salesforce.com UCCX integration

I posted this to ask-icd-ivr-support at external.cisco.com but have not gotten
any responses. I know there are several UCCX / IPCC guys on this form.

 

Can someone point me to some documentation on how I can integrate UCCX 7.0
Premium with Salesforce.com? They want to look up account information by ANI
or have the caller input their account number into UCCX and have it verify
with Salesforce.com.
