[cisco-voip] Help with first time VOIP setup.

Sounds like you may have an issue with the switch port that the phone is
connected to.
On the router do a show ip dhcp bind and see if the phone is getting an IP
address.

Please also let us see the switchport config and tell us what type of switch
you are using.
